We have attracted a talented team of hairdressers and colourists in our Manly hair salon, led by Master Stylist Kristie who has worked in the Salon for more than 10 years.
With some of the best global talent working here at your local Manly hair salon from Australia, New Zealand, England and Ireland – many of the stylists have won awards for their creative and colour expertise. Between the team we have over 50 years experience!
Technical
Kristie
Kristie is our resident Master Stylist. Originally from New Zealand, Kristie has 20+ years experience living and hairdressing in Manly for over 15 years. She is an expert in all styles and colour. Married with 3 boys, she spends much of her time being a proud Soccer Mum!

Sophie
Sophie has over 6 years hairdressing experience. Originally from Ireland, Sophie is a colour expert and also specialises in hair extensions (micro beads, nano beads and tapes). Sophie says these techniques are the kindest to the hair, leaving it healthy and strong after. “I love the versatility they offer—whether it’s adding length or pumping up the volume, extensions can do it all… It’s not just about the style; it’s about giving someone that extra boost of confidence.” Sophie was a finalist in the Dublin Alfaparf Colour Competition in 2019.

Imogen
Imogen joins our team as a senior hairdresser with 7 years experience working in Scotland before moving recently moving to Manly. Imogen specialises in blonde hair which is perfect for our Manly clientele. She also loves tints, colours and balayage, Imogen is a keen runner and tennis player so look out for her sprinting along Manly promenade!

Julie
Julie is a senior hairdresser with 15 years experience. She loves creating seamless balayage and bringing colour transformations to life. She arrives in Manly from Grasse in Southern France where she still owns a hair salon. She has already fallen in love with Manly Beach!

Elodie
Elodie is a senior hairdresser with 11 years of experience learning her trade in France. She joins our team in Manly after spending the past 4 years in Reunion Island! Elodie specialises in backcomb balayage, babylights and curly hair. Elodie loves yoga, traveling and reading.

Assistants
Ceara
Joins our team from England as an assistant during her working holiday. She has a digital media degree from Leeds University, 28,000 followers on Tiktok and loves hair and fashion. Ceara supports all our hairdressers with hairwashing, colour, extensions and all round team spirit in the salon.
Michaela
Michaela joins us an hairdressing assistant and currently studies at TAFE. She previously work as a salon assistant in Brazil so comes with 3 years of experience supporting our hairdressers with washing, colouring and drying. Michaela loves getting the ferry to Manly for her shifts from home.
Maisey
Maisey is a part-time assistant who delivers a wonderful head massage. She loves assisting the stylists with colour. Maisey is local to the northern beaches.
Management
Belinda
Belinda took ownership of the Manly Hair Salon in January 2022. She brings a wealth of business and hospitality experience to Cranium Hair. Having previously run 5-star hotels, Belinda brings the ultimate customer experience to Manly and will be ready to greet you with her trademark smile.
Martin
Manly hair salon owner, Martin, is responsible for Accounts and Marketing. He can be seen in Salon from time to time capturing social content and helping out the team! Martin is also known for making fabulous cocktails.
